3. Strictly no back outs/serious buyers ONLY.

4. Good(s) sold is/are not exchangable or refundable.
5. Any lost/damages during delivering will not be responsible.
6. Shipping Fee is not included. Buyers are to bear an estimate cost of RM7 (W.M'sia), RM10 (E.M'sia)depending on the weight of the purchase.
7. how to order?

- Fill up the order form to place an order.

- A confirmation email will be sent to you.

- payment can be proceeded.

-Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation to our PUBLIC BANK and MAYBANK account only.
8. Colour of item may be slightly different from the photos taken.
9. All postings will only be done on Saturdays.

10. STRICTLY no negotiation in prices.
